Billing: Do You Accept Direct Debit?
You can pay for your monthly internet subscription by Direct Debit, however we do require that your first payment is made by via credit or debit card. If you're already paying a monthly subscription by credit or debit card, and would prefer to pay for your internet access by Direct Debit you can do so by calling Customer Services on 0871 424 0185 Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, alternatively, you can set this up in your control panel - please see 'My Account' to access this.
