Billing: How To Pay
We currently accept Direct Debit, credit cards and those debit cards that display the Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Solo or Maestro symbols as means of payment. Sorry, but we cannot accept payment by Electron, we also cannot accept cash, or cheques.
Pay as you go users are charged via your telephone bill, which is supplied to you from your telephone provider.
Direct Debit
You can pay for your monthly subscription by Direct Debit, however we do require that your first payment is made by via credit or debit card. If you're already paying a monthly subscription by credit or debit card, and would prefer to pay for your internet access by Direct Debit you can do so by calling Customer Services on 0871 424 0185 Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, alternatively, you can set this up in your control panel - please see 'My Account' to access this.
