Billing: When Am I Billed

You will be billed for your internet subscription on, or around the date that you joined us. For broadband customers, the date will be when your broadband connection was ready for use.
We will send you notice via email to the address located within 'My Account', that you will be billed 2-3 days prior to this date. We will also send you an email confirming that payment has been made, or, if there was a problem collecting payment from you.

If you have any billing problems - you can either contact Customer Services on 0871 424 0185 Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm - or alternatively raise a ticket via the members control panel, which is located in the 'My Account' section
