Dial-up: Incorrect Log In Details
If you are unable to either use your pay as you go, or unmetered dial-up account with us, and also cannot log into 'My Account', please take note of the following information;
- Make sure you are correctly entering in your username and/or password
- CaPiTaLiSaTiOn matters - so please make sure you are correctly entering the details in the correct case
- During registration your username and/or password is supposed to be a maximum of 8 characters. If you believe you entered more than 8 characters, please enter the first 8 characters only.
