Email: How Do I Add A New Email Address?

In order to add a new email address - just follow the simple steps listed below. This guide assumes that you are using Outlook Express. We also assume that you are wishing to add an additional Zaggle address - if you have not yet created a new email address, please see the guide for this (opens in new window).

First of all, you will need to be in the Outlook Express program. You will need to go to the 'Accounts' menu option - which can be found in the 'Tools' menu;

From the 'Internet Accounts' window that opens up - press the 'Add' button, which can be found to the right of the window. After clicking this - a small menu will appear - what you need to do is press the option called 'Mail' - as you are wishing to add a new email address

You will need to follow the on screen step by step instructions, which tells you when you should enter in your name, and the new email address that you want to add. The next screen requires you to enter in your mail server addresses - basically - just copy what is shown in the below image;

The incoming mail server is POP3. The incoming mail server should be set to mail.zaggle.co.uk - and the outgoing mail server set to smtp.zaggle.co.uk. Once this has been done, press the 'Next' button.

On this final screen, for the username field you will need to enter in your new email address and the password is what you set this to be, when you created the email address
