Hosting: Why Has My Website Has Disappeared?

There maybe several reasons to why your website has disappeared, the first could be down to that you have entered an incorrect URL within your web browser - please check that you have entered the correct address.

Your website maybe using too much webspace, or has used up it's bandwidth allowance. If this is the case, we recommend that you either upgrade your hosting package up another level, or, delete files from your webspace, or, compress images, audio files, etc to cut your bandwidth usage.

Finally, the last reason could be that you have not paid your current hosting subscription, and your account has been suspended until payment is made. If payment for your hosting account is not settled within the period set out in the hosting terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
