My Account: Change Billing Details

You can change your billing details easily - you can even switch from pay by credit or debit card, to paying by direct debit instead - you will need to be logged into your account - via the 'My Account' section (opens in a new window). Then just follow our step by step guide below;

Go to the My Account Option from the menu

  1. Once logged in, by using the main left menu, first click on 'My Account', and then the 'My Account' sub-menu will appear. From the new menu, select 'Payment Details' as shown above
  2. If you wish to continue paying by credit or debit card - click on this option. If you wish to pay by direct debit - choose this option instead
  3. Enter in your new billing details
  4. Press the 'Update Details' button - in order to update your payment details




Go 'back' to the page you were viewing
