My Account: Change Details
You can change your details easily - such as your name, address, contact telephone numbers, and default email address - you will need to be logged into your account - via the 'My Account' section (opens in a new window). Then just follow our step by step guide below;
- Once logged in, by using the main left menu, first click on 'My Account', and then the 'My Account' sub-menu will appear. From the new menu, select 'My Details' as shown above.
- My details will now load in the main window, allowing you to make any necessary modifications to your details
- Press the 'Update Address' button - and your details will be updated
- You can also update your payment details, and change your password from here
