My Account: Change Package
You can change your current unmetered, or broadband package easily - you will need to be logged into your account - via the 'My Account' section (opens in a new window). Then just follow our step by step guide below;

- Once logged in, by using the main left menu, first click on 'My Account', and then the 'My Account' sub-menu will appear. From the new menu, select 'Change Package' as shown above.
- You will then be shown the various different options that you can change your package to. All you have to do is pick which one you which to upgrade, or downgrade to. Details of each package is available on this site.
- Once you have picked a package to change to - click on the 'Submit Account Change Request' button
- Your new package will take place immediately if you are a dial-up user
