Log Into My Account

The 'My Account' area provides everything you need from us in order to manage your internet account online in a matter of seconds.

From this area you can;

• add new email addresses
• update your payment details
• manage your contact details
• raise free support tickets
• ... add much more ...

Please enter in your username (or customer ID), along with your password, in order to log into 'My Account', followed by pressing the log in button.

Common Errors

When entering your username, or password, please remember that CaPiTaLiSaTiOn matters.
If you find that you are unable to log into 'My Account' successfully - please make sure your username and/or password is a maximum of 8 characters [as indicated during registration]. If you think your username is, for example, 10 characters long - please enter the first 8 characters only.
